Boarhunt Parish Council is made up of six Parish Councillors:

The Parish Council is organised into sub-committees and working groups:
Full Council – All councillors attend in person
- Finance – 2 councillors
- Planning – 2 councillors
- Halls and grounds – 2 councillors
- Community and environment – 3 councillors
Finance committee (Carolyne/Eddie)
- Oversee bank payments and bank accounts including reconciliation of main bank account
- Work on calculating the precept each year
- Review funding options for specific projects for full council to approve
Planning Committee (Rebecca/Peter)
- Check planning applications and present to Full Council meetings
- Check Enforcements are updated
Halls, Grounds & Highways (Rebecca/Peter)
- Liaison with Social club
- Recreation ground, playground & Pavilion
- Potholes
Community & Environment (Carolyne/Eddie/Geoff)
- Create events for the village
- Check local environment (hedgerows/flooding etc)
- Speedwatch
Supporting the Parish Councillors are our District Councillors:
- Angela Clear - District Councillor
- Chris Chamberlain - District Councillor
- Neil Cutler - District Councillor
